Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the provision of lead generation services by Recruitingpartners LLC to the client specified in the agreement. By engaging the Company's Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services: The Company agrees to provide lead generation services to the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. The Services shall include, but not be limited to, identifying and qualifying potential leads for the Client's business.

2. Guarantee: The Company guarantees that within 105 days of the commencement of services, the Client will receive a minimum of 15 qualified meetings with potential prospects. If the Company fails to meet this guarantee, the Company will continue to provide lead generation services to the Client at no additional cost until the minimum of 15 qualified meetings is achieved.

3. Payment: The Client agrees to pay the Company the sum specified in the agreement upon execution of this agreement. Monthly payments will automatically occur 30 days after the original payment date. Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment terms specified in the agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights developed or provided by the Company in connection with the Services, including lead lists, marketing materials, and software tools, shall belong exclusively to the Company.

5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of this agreement.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement upon [Notice Period] days' written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall be responsible for payment for Services rendered up to the date of termination.

7. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].

By engaging the Company's Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
